It's close to my family. I love the breakfast with a variety of foods and the waffle maker provides yummy treats!

Location, quality of service. Breakfast was great.. I'm sure you know you need TWO waffle makers!! So good. After being gone all day, I was asked about how my day went, did I shop or sightsee? I appreciate that personal touch.

The location is perfect, we have stayed here several times. Walking distance to all the midtown activities like shops, eateries and a few local brewery's.

The facilites are fine, the hotel is modest but clean and good. It is small but enough for what you are paying for.

We loved the hot breakfast and it's choices. All of the shops were within walking distance which we enjoy. Best of all, it was very quiet and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely plan another trip.

It was very clean and that's important to me. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. I was able to get additional coffee packets. The staff was very friendly. Parking was great. Location is great.

Location, walking distance to wingfield Park as we were there for Aspen fest. Comfortable beds and pillows.staff very friendly,good breakfast
